As an international trainee, first at our EMEA headquarters and then in one of our international sites, you can become part of that evolution.

Over a one-year period, trainees are given the opportunity to develop as professionals and as individuals. Moreover, as they cross borders, both literally and figuratively, they discover and further develop their talents, personality and competences. At the Daikin Europe Academy, for example, experienced colleagues and external experts will provide several trainings for them.
